Everybody is welcome to these classes. We normally have a range of experience from beginner level to very experienced people joining these classes. By mixing all levels together, we make the practice safe and informative.
Classes are usually conducted under guidance of Lawrence Warry, 5th dan Aikikai or eventually an assistant instructor.
Price is the same as the Aikido price (10 eur per lesson or 75 eur for a 10 x lesson card).
