The past month we had some wonderful seasonal Aiki-stretching specials around southern Europe online with our Zoom call classes. The classes were well attended. Thanks so much for supporting.
Back to home next Friday, 4th of September for online stretching.
Starting Wednesday 2nd of September, we are also going to do physical morning stretching classes with aikido.
